Installation
Download Mercenza - B2B for WooCommerce from your ProPluginsLab account, then upload it to WordPress.
Log in to your ProPluginsLab account and open My Account > Downloads.
Download the plugin zip file.
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
License and automatic updates
Mercenza works fully as soon as it is activated. The license key turns on automatic updates, so new versions arrive in WordPress like any other plugin update. Pro features never depend on it.
Activate your license
Find your license key in My Account on propluginslab.io, in the license keys section. It is also in your order confirmation email.
In WordPress, open Mercenza > License. When two or more ProPluginsLab plugins or add-ons are active on the site, WooCommerce > Licenses also appears and lists all of them in one place.
Paste the key into the Mercenza - B2B for WooCommerce Pro row and click Activate. The status changes to Active and automatic updates are on.
Receive updates automatically
Once the license is active, new versions of Mercenza show up under Dashboard > Updates and on the Plugins screen. Click Update now, or click Enable auto-updates in the Mercenza row on the Plugins screen and WordPress installs every future release for you.
Good to know
- Keys are checked once a day in the background, so your site never waits for the license server. If the server is briefly unreachable, the plugin keeps its last known status.
- An expired key or a key that is not accepted only stops updates. Mercenza keeps working. After renewing, click Check now in its row.
- Moving to a new domain: click Deactivate on the old site first, then activate the key on the new one. The status shows Site address changed, checking until the new address is confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
Do retail customers see wholesale prices?
No. A price belongs to a group, and a visitor who is not in a group sees your normal WooCommerce price.
Can I hide products or a whole category from retail customers?
Yes. Set the audience on a product in its Mercenza tab, or on a product category when you edit it. Products that are wholesale only vanish from the shop, search, feeds, and the API for everyone else, and their links return a 404.
Which price wins when a customer is in two groups?
The most specific one: a price for that customer beats a group price, and a nearer group beats a parent group. The price inspector on the Pricing screen shows the decision for any product and customer.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes. Prices and tiers can be set per variation, and the variation picker shows the wholesale price.
Can I import existing wholesale prices?
Yes. Tools has CSV importers for customers, companies, sub accounts, applications, group prices, customer prices, tiers, and pricing rules, each with a dry run and an error report. There are also migrators for B2BKing, Wholesale Suite, Wholesale X, and WHOLS.
Do I need the free edition as well?
No. Pro contains everything the free edition has. If both are installed, Pro deactivates the free copy and keeps every setting, group, price, and customer.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working exactly as before. You stop receiving automatic updates until you renew.
Can a customer ask for a price instead of buying?
Yes. Turn on quotes and choose where the button appears: next to add to cart, instead of it, or only for selected groups. Quotes can also be created in the admin and sent to a customer.
